    Where do products sold on Ricafrica come from?
    Each and every item sold on Ricafrica.com was made in Africa. If you want to learn more about the seller of item, information may be found in the product description, if available.
      Where do orders ship from?
      Orders ship from the US. Exceptions may occur for custom or backorders. Orders can also be picked up in South Shore, Chicago  at our store, 1735 E. 71st Street, Chicago, IL 60649. Please contact us at info@ricafrica.com about order pick ups before placing your order.
      Where do you ship?
      We only ship within the US (starting at $3.99 flat rate shipping) and Canada ($12.99 7 -14 day flat rate shipping), however, exceptions can be made. Please contact us if you want to place an order that will be shipped somewhere other than the US or Canada. 
        How do I place an Order?
        Placing orders on Ricafrica.com is quick and easy. Browse our catalogue and add anything you want to purchase to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner and select “checkout”. Fill in all the required information the click on “Proceed to Paypal” to complete the payment for your order. You do not have to have a PayPal account. Follow prompts from Paypal to complete your order. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email to the email address you provided for your account.
          Do I need an account to place an order?
          No, you can check out as a guest. 
            Does Ricafrica ship internationally?
            Currently, sellers on Ricafrica.com only ship to buyers in the United States. Sign up for our newsletter for updates on shipping destinations.
              How long will it take to get my package?
              Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and then shipped via USPS or UPS. Various shipping timeframes are available at check, starting at 1 day shipping by UPS for US orders.  We only ship to the US and Canada. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we begin shipping to other destinations.
              How do I place an order for pick up in South Shore, Chicago?
              If you would like to place an order for pick up in South Shore, Chicago please select the pick up option when checking out. Orders will be available for pick up at least 1 business day (possible sooner) after being placed. Orders can be picked up at our new location at the Artisan Collective, found at 1735 E. 71st Street, Chicago, IL 60649. Please contact us at info@ricafrica.com or  708-320-8797 to schedule your pick up.

              Ricafrica accepts the following payment methods:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, JCB, Diner's Club, Elo, Google Pay.

              ORDERS AND RETURNS
              How Do I Track My Order?
              We will notify you when your order ships. Your notification will include a tracking number. 
              How Can I Cancel, Exchange, Return or Change My Order?
              We accept returns for most items, excluding face masks and beauty products that have been opened. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the order. Items can only be returned if they are in the same (new) condition as we send them. Please send us an email at info@ricafrica.com to request a return/exchange. If your request is accepted you must return your order within 7 days of the acceptance. Once we confirm that the returned item(s) is in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
