What is Ricafrica?

Ricafrica is an online retailer for authentic African goods.

Where do products sold on Ricafrica come from?

Each and every item sold on was made in Africa. If you want to learn more about the seller of item, information may be found in the product description, if available. 

Where do products ship from?

All products ship from the US. Exceptions may occur for custom or backorders. Orders can also be picked up in Hyde Park, Chicago. Please contact us at about order pick ups before placing your order. 

How do I place an Order?

Placing orders on is quick and easy. Browse our catalogue and add anything you want to purchase to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner and select “checkout”. Fill in all the required information the click on “Proceed to Paypal” to complete the payment for your order. You do not have to have a PayPal account. Follow prompts from Paypal to complete your oder. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email to the email address you provided for your account. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need a Ricafrica account to place an order. When checking out you will be prompted to sign in or register for an account. 

Does Ricafrica ship internationally?

Currently, sellers on only ship to buyers in the United States. Sign up for our newsletter for updates on shipping destinations. 

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days, using USPS first-class mail. 


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Ricafrica accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, as well as, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Debit and Credit Cards. 

Is buying on safe and secure?

All transactions are processed by PayPal. PayPal helps keep your transactions secure by not sharing your full financial information with sellers, including PayPal encryption helps keep your online transactions guarded from start to finish.


How Do I Track My Order?

Sellers will notify you when your order ships. They will also provide a tracking number when applicable. 

How Can I Cancel, Exchange, Return or Change My Order?

Sellers set their own cancellation, exchange, return and order change policies. To learn more about these policies review product descriptions and the “SHIPPING” tab on product pages. 

How Can I Return a Product?

If your seller accepts returns please contact us so we can work with you to process your return. To determine if you can return a product, go to the product page and click on the “shipping” tab to see return policy.
