What if I don’t receive my order or it is not what I expected?
In the event that your purchase from a seller does not go as expected, you must attempt to resolve the issue/s with the seller directly through the message board. If you’ve reached out to the seller and haven’t heard back, or if you’re unable to resolve your issue together, you can file what’s known as a “case.” Our customer service agents will then assist you to resolve the issue.
